What's the water clarity like and what depth?
Most likely, I'd be using a drop-shot AS SLOW AS I POSSIBLY COULD!!

Depends a lot on what lake you are fishing. If the fish have been shallow I would throw a trap or crank and cover a lot of water looking for reaction bites.
Usually the couch pattern dominates in those conditions.
