Update: changed all connectors, charged and tried 2 other batteries. 2 things are happen now sometimes the master power would come on but no acc (fuse still good) other times no master no nothing. Took the boat out yesterday, trolling motor, depth finders big motor working fine (wired directly). looks that box is for the distribution power to the acc: lights, bilge pumps, recirc, areators, Im gonna go ahead and try bypass the box and get a generic switch panel from bass pro ($57). Hard thing would be trying to figure out what wire is what from that massive plug in the center. Can't fish a tourney without lights or pumps. So I'm all ears if you have any ideas.. thanks again for your input

Soft, I would pull all fueses then hook the power to the box. Start replacing all the fueses one by one and see if there is one fuse that shuts it down. It could be a short that is not blowing the fues but causing the board to shut down. Just a thought, could save you money and trouble.

The problem is a circuit breaker that is heating up and breaking contact it could be in that box or on the main power wires coming from the battery.Do the wires that come from the battery have a red reset button on them. It would look like a square block with a red button on it. Could also be a weak slow blow fuse that is heating up.

Shortly after this post I found this box on ebay for $1300. Didn't buy it, instead I gave up and just wired everything individually from the battery. Just a week ago I search ebay again found the same item for $300. I jump right on it & bought it, installed it this weekend everything in back working fine. Amazing & scary this box controls everthing electronic on the boat.

I would think there would be an aftermarket on this item somewhere, that isnt gonna cost a 2nd mortgage on your house. Check with the boat center in flint, i bet they can find you an aftermarket one a lot cheaper to have for a spare.
