Brad...I wouldn't complain either if I had caught 57 bass this year even if they are small. It is still lots of fun just catching them.

soft, flakey, very mild flavor.
I like to slather fillets in yellow mustard, then dredge them in Louisiana Fish fry and release to the grease.
It doesn't get any better than that in my book

So I got a Bass hunter from MR SIR last week and have been putting to good use. "Carlos Martinez Fishing" has joined me on most of the trips so far. We have been putting bass in the boat but nothing huge. On one pond I noticed a stick under the water moving, like something was tied to it. Carlos, being insane as he is does not hesitate to reach into the murky swamp water and pull up whatever may be down there. As he is in front of the boat I could not see what was going on, all i heard was "Oh sh**, oh sh** I dont want to lose it!!" and a ton of splashing. Few seconds later he throws over his shoulder this really nice catfish! The catfish had a plastic worm and hook in its mouth. Looks like it had broke someones line and then the line got tangled on those sticks... Catfish was CPRd. Does that count as noodling? And then there is my "DD" that hit a jig on another pond (we were pond hopping some) that same day. The fish fought like a monster, was sure I had a 12+ bass... just a big ugly Drum..(I think its a drum) Anyways, thats my story.
