They say women talk alot...but what about the men on the TFF?? They post way more than the women do and get in to more arguments than women ever thought about getting in.

I lurk around a lot and sometimes I even post a comment or two and it's like they don't want to hear from the women. Does any other women notice that besides me?

I bet most of us have more baits and rod & reels than most of them have anyway.

I know I have to hide the UPS deliveries from my husband and usually it's the other way around. I order any and every new bait they offer and they usually work.

My son-in-law fished in our boat the other day and he told me that he didn't think I could fit another worm or bait in my compartments of the boat...bet I could fit ONE more in there!

Anyway...just curious if the other women notice the "men thing" on here besides me.

Frankly I post all the time and just about everywhere, and get lots of responses. But I have worked hard on building the trust from a sport that has predominately men. Just be trusting with these guys, because they are great, and you will learn to love the forum. Sharon

There are just a lot more men on here, that's all. pure numbers. I'm a guy and from what I read, most of us are pretty accomodating and there is even a post about how proud we are of our wifes! I think you'll find all the chatter around here is all in good fun. Jump in on your favorite section and post away!!!

I have tried EVERY diet around and everyone keeps saying "Weight Watchers." After seeing your new pic I am going to have to try that next.

How much have you lost and how long did it take you? If you don't mind my asking.

Bumblebee, I know what you mean. I try to sneak in new tackle so I won't have to hear "More Tackle! You have more than Wal Mart right now". What used to be my sewing room is now my tackle room and it's getting more crowded all the time. But, there is always something new coming along or I get my Bassmaster magazine and read some new idea or technique and just have to run out and buy whatever it is and give it a try.

I have at times felt that comments i've made were ignored but on the other hand I have had several responses that were so helpful and any time I have ever emailed anyone asking for information on a particular lake they have always been more than helpful. There are always a few that still feel like women don't know anything about fishing but that is overruled by many more that support us all the way. I know BAZZ has given me a wealth of information anytime I asked.

I know they have me too a few times.

I guess my main thing was it just kinda surprises me all the men that post on here. You'd think it'd be the women.

I really do enjoy the forum. In fact I've been hooked on it since I started coming here.

I just really thought the whole man thing was funny. They can get in to some heated posts.

And I hope I didn't offend any of the men. That's not what I intended to do.

I am always learning new stuff reading on this forum.

If we let talk don't we risk loosing the whole site?

Don't ladies lie about their fish more them men?

Do you respect us in the morning after a tournament or are we just cut bait?

Have you never heard the phrase "wait till she gets her hooks in you" ?

What about "a good day fishing is better than a man doing the dishes"?

Men tend to talk more BS than women !!

Women talk less and let their actions and catches speak for themselves !!
