Got lots of bites but caught only oneittle channel bout a pound

I read this morning that the strippers and sandys are tearing
it up out at Ray Hubbert , but you have to have a way out to
the deep waters...So much for us bank fishermen uhhh ?

yeah it sucks not having a boat but we save alot more money and i have caught some of my best fish from the bank

Yes I too have cought some nice fish from the bank. However
seems like as the years pass I catch fewer & fewer of them from the bank. But yea I'm with you when it comes to saving a little money when gasoline is going up everyday now , and
besides I love to fish for catfish more from the bank as
compaired to fishing from a boat...

its so much easier and they are saying by the end of aprilgas will be at 4.25 per gallon

Read somewheres yesterday some of the hot shots in WASHINGTON WERE worrying over what 6.00 a gallon would do to
us as a Country....Had to ask myslef where did that come from,
last I heard they were talking 5.00 a gallon by summers end...

Soon I won't be able to drive my truck

Were planing to go camping at cedar hill state park just want to ask what other type of fish can you catch from the bank ?

Have already parked mine , seeing as my girlfriend has a
new one . Heck the tags and sticker have already been out
for over a year now. Still paying the Insurance , though not
sure why ...

Keep insurance on it if you own it and still don't drive it they can still get you for failure to maintain financial responsibilty. Happen to me already on a truck I sold years ago that just sits there.

Now that you say that , seems like I've heard something like
that before . Maybe that's the reason I keep paying it.
