Southwestern parts and service on Mockingbird in Dallas Mine was very accurate, had battery replaced for the 4th time. Not a complaint, it got a ton of use and was always within .05 of my certified scales.
The last replacement and recalibration was way off and battery died after a two trips...contacted the company and told it was sold. Anyone know who to contact now and how is the service?

Shane Moore at Southwestern Parts and Service in Dallas. He is building the units in house and has fantastic customer service. The lithium battery Shane uses is the real deal and it lasts a long time. Best culling product out, extremely accurate, easy to use, reliable. Wouldn't be without it! Give Shane a call or just go by Southwestern Parts and check the unit out.
Through God all things are possible! Thank him every day for the beauty he provides.
