Good guy, he bought it from me. I got too many ways to get on the water to fish so it is good someone will use it instead of it sitting in the garage and gathering dust for another 6 years. I'll be out there in a styrofoam kickboat if you guys have a regatta or tourneyment.

I did pick up a Hunter from Mister Sir. Have had it out twice already...

Will post a report with some pics soon. I broke the boat in with a DD... Did not want to mention it till I can post the pics.

The hunter is a great boat. It really fishes great. The low profile keeps the wind from blowing you around as bad. The open design leaves alot of room for options. Its light enough for one man to handle it and at the same time big enough to fish two men without seemeing cramped. I tested it and was able to float it in 6 inches of water with two guys in it. I lucked into finding this one.

I agree Dan. Hunters are the best two man bass boats out there! My dad and I always go out in mine and hes a good 250 pounds(love ya dad lol). I drive an S-10 and it fits well in the bed and i can unload it without any trouble. Heck the battery for the trolling motor is heavier than the boat haha.
I really think we should make a Bass Hunter Boat club out at the LBJ!

DD, dang all I got out of it is a slew of 5-6's, I guess I was warming it up for ya.

I got a DD. On Monday, from the pond that you and I had been talking about going too but had not...You said you stopped by that one day and looked at it.

The one that the trinity flooded into during the big rains. You know the one I am talking about?

It was a drum... But still it was a DD. Hit a jig. I thought for sure I had a 15lb bass... Just a big ugly drum.

We did catch alot of fish. Just none over 3lbs or so.... I will post up some details and few pics of the madien voyage later today...stay tuned!

I saw David a while ago and we both agreed if you caught a DD there would be billboards all up and down I-35 braggin about it.

Nice weather setting up over the next week, hopefully the fish will start enjoying the weather and come out to play..

10 pound bass or bigger.
