So, after trying to fix my boat for over 6 months, Spankys Outboard service got my Merc running! Taking it out tomorrow at Lake Lewisville to hopefully do some catfish drifting. BUT have never fished the lake before. Any tips on where to launch and a great drifting area?

Yeah too many people wanted money before they even figured out what was wrong with it, others swore that everything was wrong with it, and the rest wanted to charge an arm and leg

west side of the old dam by martigra cove is good for drift fishing.

Margarita Cove? What ramp is that? i don't know the name of the ramp but over by Lake Dallas south of the toll bridge. if u like to party there lots of margarita and rum passed around on the holidays.

Party cove is the usual name for that area. It is by Westlake park.
