Color is not the problem. Finding one with a hook that will penetrate anything is the problem. Everyone you pick up has a different hook and most are terrible!!

But it can be hard to find skirt colors. Not if one has a box full of all the colors of skirts, blades and hardware they prefer. As far as skirt colors, I find that to be the easiest of the three to find. Or mix/match myself. Like Z520 said, the hooks and construction are the problem. Figure out a way to overcome those limitations and patent infringement laws and you can sell all the skirts you want.

To make matters worse.....I bought four of them today that I found that had a decent hook. I get home, start putting them into my boxes and I notice on one of them, the blade and clip are on BACKWARDS!! If I knew how to post a picture on the TFF, I would. The blade is literally on backwards and the slight curve in the blade leans forward. What crappy quality they have!

That was my favorite by far. They had a good hook but it would rust if you breathed on it. Just cant win....

Hmmm. I seem to have a pretty good supply of high quality "chatterbaits" with extremely sharp, long hooks, great components all the way around. Don't seem to have problem with skirt colors either, not that I require many colors anyway.

When the Zman patent deal came out, I bought every Phenix I could find in my favorite colors with LFT Live Majic Shad's to match. I think I have around 75-80 of them left
