Look similar to pearows foam boat and a water wagon in that thread, but a kickboat, no motor. weighs probably 15lbs or less and is great for ponds. I use it especially in the summer when the grass and moss grow. I can get to the inside edge of the grass that way. I like my bass hunter and my float tube but my kickboat will work 95% of the time in ponds. Sorry , Guess my inexprience with these boats is causeing a mental block or something , still can't picture it in my minds eye . LOL , Who knows maybe I'm just mental period ...

If they don't have the title for it make sure you take that into consideration in regards to price. You can still regester it but make sure you get an affidavit of fact from the seller.

no title I'd say about $50 bucks. If they have the title I'd say maybe $100. Depending on how many cracks you're gonna have to seal due to sun damage.

If the boat has already been titled, you may have problems getting a title.

Get the boat number, call TPWD and ask them if the boat has been registered. That is the start. If it is titled, and not in the name of the current possessors, I will give you the advice TPWD gave me...RUN

Check to see if it was titled first then the following -
1. Bill of Sale 2. PWD 314 3. PWD 143 4. PWD504
I put something like this in my AOF - That I xxxxxxx purchased the boat from the owner zzzzzz on month day, 2012 for the amount of $yyy and no title was provide and the Mr. zzzzz said that he never titled or registered the boat and did not have any paperwork to provide me besides a Bill of Sale with matching serial number. Since learning that the boat is required to be title, I have made repeated attempts to contact seller to no luck.
I filled it out and signed, however you should get them to sign (less trouble)

It is better to get the previous owner to write the affidavit of fact stating something like this:
"I purchased the boat aprox. X number of years ago, from So and So. I did not receive a title when I purchaed the boat and I didn't title it because I never used the boat in public waters with a motor," or "I bought the boat new and never titled it because the boat has never been used in public waters with a motor."
Basically you need them to say it has never been titled and registered because they never used it public water. If it has been titled and registered before but it is not titled in the current owners name you would have to go and find the previous owner and get them to fill out some paper work. This is where it usually becomes not worth the effort.
