In this report it shows an 84" waterline form Cooper or Chapman Lake to Lake Lavon to supply water to lake Lavon. Another person even posted a map earlier in this thread showing the same thing. Did they remove this 84" waterline?

A gang of River Otters have claimed it as their turf. They blew the waterline back in 05' and local authorities haven't been able to reclaim it since.

There is a 84" pipleine less than a mile from where I am sitting. It was completed in 2001,that runs from Cooper to Lavon and dumps into a creek just north of Farmersville that feeds Lavon. There is another pipeline that goes further west that was supposed to go to Lousyville but I do not know if it was completed.

I know for a fact that water is regularily pumped from Cooper to Lavon. Big part of the reason that Cooper is nearly dry.
