Sure a revo or some Shimanos are smother but they dont hold up.

Quantum....??? Aren't they the winningest reel ever? How good would KVD be if he had a decent reel?..... 
Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.

Does anyone have a SKU number ( academy ) for that reel? My stores dont have them in the computer!!! Cloud Dancer, I take it that you dont like Quantum reels?

Lewisville is out... East Plano supposedly had one but when I called he had just held it for a customer. DANGIT! BAss Pro don't have any and Dicks dont carry them. Cabela's didn't want to price match... so I'm outta luck I guess...

they should be able to look them up by the model number.... thats how they did it when I called.

 Here's the info from the receipt. Hopefully this helps you guys who are searching for one. This was the last one at the Odessa store. I fished with the old Shimano Curados for over 15 years in tournaments and just recently upgraded to the Silver ones.
