I'll put it this way. The TFF is set up as my home page on my computer at home and all my computers with internet access at work. I dropped all magazine scripts and rarely watch fishing shows any more. I've enjoyed this site from the beginning.

Fishing shows are now merely entertainment. Magazines give technical advice. TFF gives local fishing info and I need local honest info more than I need entertainment and advice.

I've never found a more reliable, up to the minute source of Texas fishing information than the Texas Fishing Forum. From fishing reports to the latest baits and tackle, along with tournament reports posted by the competitors the evening of the tournament, the Texas Fishing Forum is a one-stop source of current information.

TFF hands down.. info is always straight from the horse's mouth (so to speak) current and specific, sometimes very detailed. No other media source can even come close to what goes on here on the TFF.

_Hey JP: I'd have to say it's the TFF Fishin Buddies that seporates it into a class a it's own. Where else can you get an Instant Answer to a fishing problem about a local Texas lake.

_When I first loged on here I had maybe 15 or so Serious fishin buddies. Now I feel like I have 2000...some I have met and some I will one day soon. TV and Magazines have there place in our outdoor entertainment/education but... You can't get that TFF Personal Touch and Comeradery from any other media source.

TFF has changed my life. I was retired after 30 years of working at a job I didn't like. Sitting back, fat,dumb and happy with nothing to do. Then I stumbled upon the Forum. Now all I do is fish and make fishing lures. The Forum has launched my hobby into a business. I LOVE IT!

TFF has changed my way of fishing. I thought I was a pretty good fisherman. But then I started applying the tips and information I have gotten from TFF. Wow! What a difference. Ask a question on any subject and you can get back instant replys from fishing guides and others that have been there and done that. PRICELESS!

TFF is the new media of sport fishing, raising many anglers from the status of interested spectator to genuine contributor to the betterment of the sport. Traditionally, aside from the limited contact we have had with other anglers on our local waters, the "push" media of television and print was our only means of learning new fishing techniques and attitudes. Through the community that has been built here, TFF gives me the experience of fishing a lake I may have never been, or may never have the chance to be on, allowing me to take that "experience" and apply it to improving my fishing success on my own local waters. Once my own techniques have been adjusted and enhanced from what I've learned here, my hope is that what I'm able to return to the Forum is new and useful enough to be beneficial to others.

You have put together a site that is indispensable to my growth as an angler, and so far, has no equal. Great job and thank you.

You mean it isn't everyones start/home page whenever you connect to the internet. I come here then after I check out everything ,If I have time I'll go else where to find out what everyone was talking about, the weather or E-mail. I will read my magazines for stories at my leizure.

There are many of us that would be lost without
the tff. Fast friendly information on about every
fishing location, not only in Texas, but a lot
of other States as well, and a bunch of great
folks.

I like the TFF because I can ask questions and share ideas and get straight honest answers even from people that I don't know. I spend alot of time looking at all the posts and different sections. The TFF covers everything that pertains to fishing and the outdoors. Keep up the good work and it's alot better than watching fishing shows. TFF- Texas Fantastic Fishing all on one forum.

I use to post on that other forum, what a differnce here. I have gained several new fishing partners off this forum and made many new friends. If I don't spend an hour and a half to two hours a day on here then I am sick or out of town. Greatest forum I have ever been involved in and the best thing is the people who post here make it that way.
