We will now be called DFW Bassmasters. All of the same rules that Vought Vass Club had with a few changes will apply. We will fish 12 club tournament a year. We will send our Top 6 to the Fun-n-Sun Top 6, we will send our Top 6(Federation members) to the Texas TBF Top 6, all of our Federation members will be allowed to fish the Texas TBF Qualifier (by paying the entry fee), we will have our Annuals Kids Tournament at Joe Pool.
Our membership fee for 2012 will be $15 ($5 if age 65 and over) for regular membership. Regular membership covers you, your spouse, and your kids age 17 and under. If you want to be in the Texas TBF Federation another $65 per person will be due for membership. Our club tournament entry fee per tournament will be $30 per person ($20 for women). We are an Individual based club. We will however fish one team tournament per year and one 2 day tournament per year. We count your best 9 out of 12 tournaments for year ending standings using a points system. We may only have about 3 meetings per year and usually do that at the ramp. We will have an awards banquet at the end of each year.
We currently have about 35 to 38 paid members in 2011 and average a little over 20 entries at each club tournament. We would like more than that so let me or any of our members know that you would like to join us.

Any Idea what the 2012 schedule will look like? I fished a tourney with you guys at joe pool last year and enjoyed it.
Also interested in joining the federation as well.

The TBF Federation is the way to go. That is if you want a chance at fishing for a $1,000,000 or so.
But most of our members will be regular members.
