lots of companies can sell you the "parts" and let you assemble it, to get around the BS patent on the brand name piece of junk they put out!!! The chatterbait is not what it should be! it's cheaply made and nothing more than a profit generator!

The hooks in the revenge ones I tried were junk. Bent easily and the points rolled over quickly.
I've had good luck with Santone and plan on trying Bohonks when I need to order more.

I've been using the Brass-n-Blades models since they came out and I love them. The original from them had some issues with hanging up but they made a modifications and I love them. The best thing I like is they have some great colors and you need to see the hooks. we tore them up on Fork with the Wm-Red color last year with a Gene Larew Biffle Bug behind it...talk about making some noise.

Santone got my PB.
Strong thump and runs everytime! Did not know Santone had one will have to check it out. I like the Bobby D Grinder. Ordered them from a marine dealer in Ca. Will have to check my computer when I get home to get the name of the place.

Fortunately I bought about 50 Phenix in my favorite colors before they were outlawed. That should hold me for many years.

The original chatterbaits that were made by rad lures were the best. Since zman took them over its cheap china junk. For Sure......

I may know of a place to get your hands on some of the phenix. Last I checked they still had plenty. I think I have about 10 in my garage in original packages.

There will be some companies getting a call after this post...lol. I haven't used them but a buddy told me that Peppers made a good one. The Original has a great feel, like most I think the components are kind of low quality. Phenix is good, I'd like them to have a better hook, but we have put some GIANT fish in the boat on them

We all know that Phenix were probably some of the best..... The originals are absolutely garbage... does anyone know where you can buy a good vibrating jig? I am trying to gear up for spring and cant find any more Phenix's online.
You can still get the phenix vibrating jigs. I just ordered some. http://www.phenixrods-proline.com/pics/jigs/phenix/vibrator/index.html

The blade on them fouls on the long wire they are attached to about every 5 casts.

These were designed to fish Hydrilla with 65lb braid in California Delta. The skirt is tied on, they have a very strong hook and a strong snap. You won't be disappointed. Several of the FLW pro's use these...

I bought about $300 worth of Phenix vibrating jigs last April or May when they were being pulled of the shelf. I would like to see them brought back to the market.
