Hey Joe if it is your life they save is it worth the money then. All they have to do is be a presence, which will be a determint. Save 1 life and it is worth the money.

And this may be a totally dumb question, but why Highway Patrol? Why not Border Patrol or TPWD Game Warden?


Because if it was a Texas Game Warden boat the state wouldn't allot them a enough gasoline to even start all of those horses!
