Good Luck with Marina Del Ray and dont bother with the creek either. Like a moron I tried to get up there in my Pro Team 175 because it rides SUPER shallow and my motor was pissing black water for almost a mile before I beached the boat and had give up and head back! If I was you I'd stay south of 30 and crank or trap the rocks!!

Thank you RapTrap for the first piece of real advice. Any color or depth you have. Wanted color or lure type that was working when I posted. Crank bait, worm or what ever.

Worm find some rocks, find some bait, throw a crankbait or a trap and you'll get bit ...

You can't run up there. It's too shallow and it stinks.

So go for the crawfish colors. Texas rig or flip a jig? I usually throw black with a little blue. I do have the orange and brown colors as well. Saw one guy throwing a white spinner bait around the marina...????

Shakey head also works on the rocks. I like a bait like the GB rattle snake or a Berkley crazy legs chigger craw on hte Shakey head. Shad colored, chartruse, and craw colors for my CB's.

Fishing has been slow for most of us mortals, but you can still get bit on med/deep diving crankbaits. This is good advice too.

If you are going to try and fish t-rigs and jigs plan on losing A TON OF TACKLE. I prefer to jig fish above all other methods but I was losing so many footballs to the rocks on Hubbard I decided to just start t-rigging my jig trailers. I have continued to catch fish with this method but continue to get snagged up a ton too. I was thinking it would be cheaper to replace a Tx-Rig and plastic than a jig but I am beginning to have second thoughts on that. My son catches fish off the back of the boat with crankbaits like no bodies business so if I were you I would stick to Cranks and Traps over rocks!!
