The s is a dang good reel. I own a few of these and a few of the sx's. I do prefer the sx but the s can't be beat for the money IMO.

The Mettle's not in the same class with the Revo S. I have 6 S's and they work great, just oil the worm gear and the bearing under the brake knob a couple times a year (depends on how much you fish) and your good to go.

I have 6 of the Revo S. great reels so far have held up to all i have asked them to do.
