Thanks very much thumb

I too took a break from making them, but.I will have a few ready saturday. Ive been kind of "test and tuning" them, and have come up with a couple of pretty cool ideas to make them better. I will post pics in a couple days.

gunna highjack this post a little. sorry. Kerry, what size will you have ready saturday? I've got a small 16.5 ft bass boat, and so im thinking i could get by with some smaller anchors, since i dont have much storage space on the boat. would 2 10" box anchors hold me fine in 15mph wind?

Mine are 2" X 1/4" Flat Bar 10" X 14" I have 5" flat bat on a 45 degree angle for the diggers, but they shouldn't be over 4" long, with a 18" chain on the front mine weigh about 17 1/2 lbs, they held great on Ray Bob Saturday, but we had to leave because water was comming over the front.

Kerry, you might try some of the 2 x 1/4 flat bar in the 10 X 14

I use 3"X1/2X10", then 3"X1/4X4" on the diggers. My 10X10 anchors weigh 24 lbs before the added 3 foot of chain. I do this because of "storage". I believe in the old saying "GO BIG OR GO HOME" rolfmao
I also rubber dip the diggers, cuts down on boat scartches and such.

Maybe TFF member "drawout" will chime in on the weight of my anchors, he got a couple 14X14s from me and had to go back and cut some metal out because it was tough to pull them in. I know they are heavy, but i what i hate is to be anchored up on fish and the anchor let loose, i made sure that doesnt happen now.
