yes

pros: they're bright so they help when getting ready for the day or putting away after dark.

cons: they're almost too bright. I could install a dimmer but I just put a narrow strip of electrical tape over the top of them to cut down on the "up" shine.

I installed these in my boat and they rock! It was a weekend project and inside the storage boxes it's like a stage but i put red ones on the deck and they light up the deck without attracting bugs or effecting night vision. Highly recommend.

Love mine. It makes night fishing so much easier and enjoyable when you dont have to hold a flashlight in your mouth while retying.

I have them in mine also and love them. Red deck lights and white box lights. I got mine from The Tackle Smith on here. He has his own line of lights and his deck lights are not as bright as Blue Water so there is no need for a dimmer.

Sick light setup, Crash.

Do the red lights still attract bugs? My buddy has the bluewaters and the boat fills up with bugs ridiculously fast.

I have a buddy who usues deck lighting, Though not on a bass boat, and when we go catfishing at night it's a world of difference.

He also uses the red and I didn't notice really any attraction from the bugs.

Thanks! I am really happy with them. No problems with bugs either. I think the lower brightness and red lights help with that.

I feel a whole lot safer night fishing.

Crash, I think I may have seen you drive by me on EML a few nights ago. I was coming in and you were going out. I noticed your deck lights and thought "If I had those, I'd still be fishing..."

I don't do more night fishing mainly because I'm tired of stepping on [censored] in the boat and not always having my flash light handy when I need it.

You've got a great set up!

as far as bugs go, I have blue lights from bluewater and don't have any problem with them attracting bugs. maybe it's your buddy and not the lights?

Thanks! If it was two weekends ago on a Sunday, then yes, it was me. I was headed back to Harbor One.

Nice.

Who should I contact if I'm looking for a similar setup?
