+1 on Lew's!

I love my new speed spool! Casts like a dream and super light! 6.7oz!

It has been mentioned already but... I have to say the new Lews Speed Spool is awesome. I bought the lower end 89.99 one and it is awesome. Larry has the tournament speed spool and says he likes it better than his Curados. You cannot go wrong with Lews. Casting is awesome. They are smooth as heck and those big paddle handles are the bomb!

Exactly! I have a full-time job and I haven't pulled the trigger yet on one. They really are a good reel from everything I've heard.
I'm just hoping one day 'The Manther' will be upgrading to something else and will have his on the market.

I just purchased a Lews Tournament Pro today and if it lasts like the old speed spools, it will be a very good reel. I was pitching a jig with it today and really like it. Very smooth and very light in weight.

I guess it comes down to personal preference. I have 6 revos, never had a problem. Powerful, very smooth, and to this point very durable.
