I hope he keeps the RV spots open across the road. We usually stay up there 5-6 times a year for several days. Would hate to loss those trips.

Great place to have a tournament... having all the good lookin' chicks in skimpy clothes handing out free stuff didn't hurt nothin' either! I'm sold.. I'll have to go by soon and check this place out

Hope they fill in some of that large hole at the end of the concrete ramp. Got hung up on the concrete and dis-located one of my springs when I pulled out. Don't plan on returning until that hole is filled in. Otherwise, it is a good launch ramp.

Thanks for the information. We have used Barefoot bay in the past. do they have a WEB site? they do not currently have a website, but should have one up very soon

and to answer some other questions that were asked here,
-yes there are cabins for rent, with plans to add more
-the hole at the end of the ramp has been filled in, and several truckloads of gravel were brought in to extend the useable ramp
-there are plans to upgrade the rv park and enlarge it
********AND THE BEST PART OF ALL*********
BOAT AND JET SKI RENTALS ARE COMING BACK TO BAREFOOT BAY!!!
The person who operated the boat and jet ski rentals there several years ago will be back with a full and comprehensive line up of boats this time. i know this because i will be with him as i was back then. in the line up will be bass boats, ski boats, pontoon boats, and plenty of jet skis. there are currently plans to commission a party barge as well.
