Follows is the TENTATIVE 2012 BFL Cowboy division schedule. A little change in focus next year with the Louisiana tournaments in the mix.

February 25th - Rayburn
March 17th - Toledo Bend
April 28th - Atchafalaya Basin
June 9th - Bayou Black
Sept 29th & 30th - Lake of Pines

Don't quote me, but I believe the regional is most likely the Red River.

Too much driving for BFL payouts in my opinion unless you live on the TX/LA border.

wow, gonna have a hard time getting people to follow this whole trail! travel expense and payouts just don't add up! i think this one may have just crushed this great trail.

isn't the 25th of feb the weekend of the bassmaster classic? and it is going to be in the heart of the cowboy trail? Bossier City!

I like them changing lakes because I believe that Rayburn is going to get totally hammered next year due to low water every where else. Prolly won't even be a tourny on TB next year if this drought keeps up. Atcha and Black aren't too far of a drive if you aren't too far like Chris said.

Hate to ask again but are the entry fees for both sides please?

Confusing...but I'm assuming you're asking what entry fees are? I think I read somewhere that they are $400 again for next year, same as this year. It's certainly not cheap, but for the experiences you gain doing these things its definitely worth it. Got to fish with Jim Tutt, Kelly Owens, and Jerrell Pringle this year from off the top of my head. Guys are good and you get to see why. Not sure what boater entries are but think 1k or a little more.

The entry fees mentioned above are for Everstart.

BFL entries I think are $200 for boaters and $100 for coanglers.

John's correct and Tutt does not fish them, the last tournament each year is a 2 day double points and is $300.... I think, paid it this past week and think was 3 bills. Would be really, really surprised if this were the schedule, they have a La division as well so I can't see them going all the way to the basin. Although they did make us go to RR in natchitoches once this year and again in a few weeks (they moved Toledo due to water level). If you are boater you really need to be in a qualified ranger for good prize money. Pay out is otherwise good with full field, but they are only drawing low 100's, last tournament paid $3200 for first plus $2000 ranger bonus.

i think they dropped the LA division last year.
