Most of my fishing is done on rivers or small to medium lakes, although when I go out to a big lake I am never in a hurry, so...I bought a Coosa tonight bananafrom Dave at Kayak Instruct in Rowlette. Very nice guy, took the time and let me unwrap several before I found the one I liked. He had the first run Slate color, that looks more like a light blue, Yellow, sand and Olive. I decided to go with the Olive color. I can't wait to get it wet this saturday fish. Below are a couple of pictures of it in my workout/TV room (obviously I watch more TV than workout LOL). It won't stay there, but until I reorganize my garage and sell my Ascend FS12T, space is limited. Now I need to shop for a 240cm paddle. cheers

Not sure yet on the price of the Ascend. I am going to leave one scotty mount on it, where I had my triple mount, one flush mount scotty bracket (no rod holder there, I mounted my FF there. I will have to take a picture of it. I am going to include the Ascend high back seat and Carlisle Magic 230cm paddle with it. If someone made me a good offer I would leave the Pirahna max 170 FF on it.

I will take pictures tomorrow of the way I want to sell it.

keep both kayaks! Im sure your going to love that coosa. Should be a great boat for the winter since it keeps you up above the wet kayak.

If I had room I would keep them both for sure. My garage is tight as it is, since I do a lot of woodworking and have my table saw, drill press, lathe, and all my other tools in there. No cars allowed in my garage LOL

Dave, I have not built a fish tank stand before. I have built some dressers or end tables, plenty of cabinets for the garage, decks, desks, birdhouses, etc... I do most of my woodworking in the wintertime since the garage is cooler than it is in the summer time.

I sure am having a hard time finding anyone with a 240 cm paddle in stock in DFW. Any advice?
