With our Texas lakes low it is disturbing to see the trash (esp glass) that has made its way into our lakes from our carelessness or the purposeful disposal from other fishermen. As sportsmen we have got to do better. There are 17 bottles in this picture. Come on man!

That photo has more beauty in it than anything total at Lake Arlington. You are lucky if your upset about that site.

That first tree stump is flippin' the bird at the idiots that can't dispose of their trash in a proper manner. Why treat the world as a dump, that's third world! Let's treat the beautiful areas with respect, and we will respect ourselves even more. PS My buddy kept throwing his used plastics overboard yesterday, I felt bad as the bass eat those things, it's called deadsticked! Ever see a bass pooping a Senko, I've seen dozens, and they can't process them, and they are not good for them, so take those home too (besides, there is a little tool that melts the tears back together, get one and save dinero!)

Yes sir its sickening..About a month ago I spent half a day walking the banks with a five gallon bucket picking up broken glass, beer bottles and all sorts of trash.I had to dump the trash in the back of my truck and it took me the rest of the day at home to get it cleaned out of the bed of my truck..

How do you know it was fisherman..... I was thinking the bank looked pretty clean compared to most lakes. Look in your yard after a storm. It just happens and with a drought like this it's going to happen.
Nice picture, and I totally agree. Throw your trash away

I'm constantly having to tell people not to throw their used plastic worms in the lake. It's unbelievable.

I went fishing with a Fork guide a month or two ago. While we were in gear idling I saw him finish his Gatorade, fill it with water off the side of the boat, and then let it go. Couldn't believe it.

I used to fish with a guy out there that would drink beer and sink the can when done. He called it a minner motel. I never got that but it was his boat etc and I was a newby back then (1994) Dont even know if he is still around that area.

No wonder some of the fish are cut up.. I was starting to think it was gang activity.
