Yeah that would be the perfect size motor for a bass hunter. You put that on the back and the trolling motor on the front.
If you were going to put it on a big lake I would go with a deep draft boat, the bass hunter is made for smoother water.

These boats usually come in 8 or 10 foot. If your thinking about trying to get 3 people on one has to be a 10ft. You could do those larger waters if you stayed in the back of a creek and not onto the big water, and you would want it to be a calm day as far as wind goes... Busters/Hunter Etc. are fun! You will really enjoy yours I am sure.

Check craigslist throughout the day for a good deal. I bought a 8ft bassbuster for $125 and it included the trolling motor. It was about 15 years old. Then the next day I found a 10ft that was pretty much new for $250. It came with a newer and larger trolling motor, oars and marine battery. The guy only used it for a year on a private pond. It was never titled, but I found it relatively easy to get a title.

Walmart pond? Where is that. Was reading about fishing the trinity right off sandy lake and I-35 . There is supposed to be a small boat ramp just under sandy lake road.
I plan on checking it out this week. Also pilot knoll should be buster-friendly.
Other than that I use my 16 ft Tracker or Pontoon.
Can't wait to try my buster boat. Anyone have a cheap trolling motor for sale? Ron

The Wallymart in Denton on University Drive and Bonnie Brae.
I even showed you where the best places for a big bass would be.
