All of my rods for slow presentations are splits but I find full grips more comfortable for moving baits. Anyone else like this?

I may be a little old school but I still like full grips better for everything. But with all hype about split grips, full handles are getting harder to find with some brands so of course I have several.

Don't mind split grips but anymore would rather have full for everything.

So dumb question...could you convert a split grip rod to a full grip rod..??

I ask because I'd like to buy a new rod but it only comes in split grip. So if I don't like the grip but like how the rod fished otherwise could I have a full grip put on.?

All my current rods are full grip.

Full grips for Fast Moving, CB's, Spinnerbaits and Jerkbaits.

Anything I have to throw a long way and move quickly I prefer full grip.

I'm 50/50. I don't have a set preference other than I prefer cork to foam.
