I was going to say the same thing...man, I don't remember Athens ever having that amount of hydrilla...lots of duck weed, and coontail but never that much hydrilla.

The lakes are low enough on a sunny day you can see the dark patches underneath the water.It would be wise to make a strong mental note of the location for fall patterns{If we get rain}

I was told a good way to get hydrilla going in a area is to take a brick
push hydrilla stalks ( roots ) thru the holes in the brick then drop in water
presto instant bass haven .... sounds like it would work

After the State swore that the Chemical they used to kill the Hyacinth would not kill drilla.............. Well it dang sure made it invisible if it didn't kill it.

I want to see the hyacinth and Drilla back!!
