Thanks Mike (playing hooky) I have been working so much I don't know when I will be able to try them out. Moe I thought the crappie tube jig was a lot easier than tying some feathers or such on there. I figured that if I can get one fish with the tube on there it was worth putting it on the hook LOL  I guess I just don't have the patients to actually tie some stronger longer lasting yarn on the hooks. We'll see  Frank I think that Mrs. luv to fish and Todds son would win hands down in a slab decorating contest By the way , How have you been doing. We are full speed at work and it may be another two weeks before I can wet a line. By then the water may be all gone Full bore ahead here also! I plan to get out Saturday. Sunday NFL starts.... Plus full moon is close. I missed the new moon when Action Jackson took out a school of hybrids. I think he took out the whole 12th grade of that school LOL!

Here is a better and bigger pic of the slabs I did. Sorry the first one was so small. I did my eyes with sharpies instead of stickers.

Like I told Frank She will be in the top running on the slab pimping contest Mrs luv to fish Those are fantastic. As you can see I tried using a marker on my eyes and ended up giving them the bloody eye look LOL So I just went and bought some stick on ones and I still had a hard time getting them centered up . I am ALL thumbs when it comes to putting eyes on my slabs . Thanks for the bigger picture. That is a great idea making a template. Why didn't I think of that LOL Good Job  Ok Ruben let's your wife's magic on the lures LOL Fun stuff

Frank looks like I am going to have to miss this weekend too. We are trying to meet deadlines for next week. There is a 1 1/2% chance that I will be able to go fishing Ha Ha Ha Ha . Good luck if you go

Mrs. luv to fish ( and Mike luv to fish too ) I decided to go ahead and take a picture of my first grade art work on my slab decoration and let you all see them. LOL they are not pretty but maybe the fish I will be catching will be as blind as I am and won't know the difference LOL  Those are nice looking, Keith!! I like those new hooks too, Moe

I don't know Todd, Your son did a heck of a job on his. His also CAUGHT FISH!! I don't know if these will work. Frank , It is kind of funny. In other words the boss said "plan on being here" LOL Look at the new sig picture I made while sitting here at work MOE approved of it. It has one of his slabs in the fishes mouth
