I'd like to know what kind of structure/cover the lake has as well...it looks like it's a really small lake with steep banks for the most part.

about 50-60% of the shore has cedars for the first 10-20 feet of water, several submerged trees also and several rock piles/islands. there is a water intake structure for the water treatment plant but you can only get within 200 ft of it. there is a small fishing peir and the water district has a small boat house with a hanging boat that you can easily cast under. i think thats about all the cover i can think of. more than you would think of for a small lake. the tpwd advised the water district to leave the cedars around the shore for fish habitat.

You can catch lots of bass on Squaw from now until May. Fishing is best in colder months. When its 20, I'm home no matter how good the fishing is.

Wow nice pictures. That dam area looks pretty sweet. I would love to fish that for some eyes. Some similarities to Ute Lake. Any topo maps?
