We have enough testers for right now but will extend the invitation again later before public release.
If you PM'd me and have not received the link yet, be patient. You will still receive one within a day or so. Were cleaning up some small issues before releasing this module again.
thanks, Phill

Testing and tuning the beta will probably take about a month and then we submit it to Apple for distribution. This is my first release so I am hoping for the best. I have heard nightmare stories about 6 months or more before they release but I have also heard that recently most are coming through in a month or less.
SO best case it will be in the app store in 2 months and worst case might be Christmas or later.
When it does publish in the app store you can bet I'll be shouting it everywhere. It will publish pretty similar to what we are testing right now except it will have wheels for numerical input ( what we have now is much easier for testing ). There will be many enhancements added in the free upgrades that will follow all year.
Just for conversation sake;
We are working on modules for iOS 5 that are iCloud based. You take a pic and you don't have to do anything, it is already available on your other Apple devices at home or anywhere they acn receive data. The "cloud" instantly pushes the photos to your other phones, iPods, iPads and Mac computers. This new operating system upgrade will work on the new iPhone5, iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS. It is scheduled for "fall" release. You can read about iOS 5 at Apple's website.
Tight Lines, Phill

If you PM'd me your personal email address at any time, and have not received an invitation from TestFlightApp.com , please re-send your info noting that you have not been to the testflightapp.com site yet, and you will receive the invite overnight. I have the means to send the invites directly now which was not the case earlier.
click on the little green button and register your phone (just follow directions). A second email will be generated with a link to the app. just click on install and it will be on your phone.
We are working on the storage and transfer parameters for the pics right now and will be releasing a re-worked version in just a week or so.
Thanks to all that responded and loaded the app. We are getting some valuable feedback on what you want to see and how it is working.
Like I said earlier, this is just the core module and not the finished app. We got to get the chassis rolling and running properly before with install the radio, air conditioning and mudflaps.
Thanks again, Phill

I thought about a similar app when the iphone app craze started. Just don't know the technology to do anything. Be sure you include variables for lures types, water depth, water clarity and speed/method retrieval. If you include as much info as possible it will be nice to export for logging information. Good Job, looks like you are well on your way to creating a game changer.

Good luck with it. I've been teaching myself obj c for a little while now. Would like to develop an app at some point as well.
If you need any one else for anything let me know. I have a macbook, iphone, xcode, etc.
I helped another app company out with a lot of feedback as well. The app they have is very similar.
