I will help, but information travels fast. The top guys will have all the waypoints and info they need an hour after the lake is named. They could declare it an off-limits period, once they announce the lake. That way, the anglers would have time to make their travel accommondations, but still not be able to gather information. No practice would be interesting too. all it takes tho is a phone call and a little money for some of those guys. they will get the info they need Apparently, thats what some guys were doing last year and McKinnis has warned them that there will be severe consequences this year. I like what Jerry is trying to do. At least he's thinking outside the box.

The sponsors are as guilty as the anglers. If you don't think the sponsors are paying for info your crazy. They stand to make lots of money if their anglers preform. It's a viable investment.

Mckinnis is facing a problem that has been ongoing. Obviously noone can prove anything or things would be different. Getting information during off limits is a disease that is running around fishing. Guys think they cant compete without it and the people who follow the rules to the letter suffer for it.

Only way to do it is like they used to do the Classics. Sequester them. Load em up on a plane, have the boats and trucks already there and fly straight to the airport nearest the venue. Take them from there to the venue, keep them locked up in the hotel with no cells or internet. Put them on the lake the next day. They can practice during the tournament! Thats when the classic was real IMHO.

Any guesses what the mystery lake will be? Bull Shoals or Norfork. Both close to Jerry's home, and not fished by either of the circuits for quite some time.

I do like both also just seems lately with post season and such that bass is trying to be a mega market more than a tournament circuit. I really enjoy the mystery lake idea and like stated above would love to see the "all star" tournaments be like past classics. I think that would draw alot of attention to the guys. Go out and just fish. No previous notion other than instinct and graph/map reading.

Just think back to when the Elite event on the river got moved to Gibson and they basicaly had a half a day to practice. I have it from a good source 4 or 5 guys had over a 100 waypoints on their graphs before they launched on gibson. I wish the Opens would go to a 30 day off limit period prior to the 3 days of practice.

They go from Wisconsin to the "Mystery Lake" to Oneida, N.Y. to finish the season. I'm gonna guess The Potomoc River as the "mystery"
