Pancho fishes tournaments and his partner guides sand bass on lewisville. My partner and I pulled up one day with like 10 minutes left in a tournament to try to cull a fish. A tall wirery dynamited catfish looking guy came running out screaming"theres wires along here" then ran in and then out on the steps,took one look and ran back in,then to the restroom peeking out the window,then out...LOL dude was seriously wired on meth or something. We were laughing our [censored] off.Then said he was callin the cops. Funny thing is pancho's partner Steve Sheilie was back from a sand bass trip cleaning fish trying to keep from laughing. It was funny as hell. As long as nothing is damaged I don't think Pancho cares nor does he have jurisdiction.
