I have edited it on the original post, but in a rush to write down the team finishings I made an error that flipped two teams points. McAffrey/Skidmore finished 3rd.

yea, it was a very experienced crowd and I have no doubt that I'd be on the losing end even if Ken and Max used cane poles hammer

Crappie Anglers of Texas congratulates the Centex on your initial successful tournament trail. Kudos to Lucas for organizing and managing the trail.

Big slap on the backs to Ken and Max for winning the tour. We know how tough they are on the water. They are definitely the favorites for CAT's Crappie Texas State Championship next month - love putting that big target on their backs.

Congrats too to all who participated - the weather makes it tough fishing but you guys did very well.

Way to go! and wishing you all the best next year.

I believe that the success of our series was a direct result of Lucas'S ability to make great common sense adjustments on the fly such as time changes to accomodate weather conditions, allowing a couple of expired fish in this super stressed water enviorment, an open line of communication with all of the participants, and wise utilization of the resources that are available. One thing that I like the most is that the series was not run in a " status quo" manner. Lucas ran the series how he wanted to run it, and did a very fine job. I cant think of a better person to run the series. thanks Lucas and keep up the good work!!!

COMING SOON! .. THE STICKLE HOOK " the stay level sickle hook". sits level in the water with all knots.! Provides better hook sets and more natural jigging motion. No more adjusting the knot, gluing , or tying loop knots that cause the hook point to tangle in the loop, or worse knick the line.. The jighook that will make all others obsolete !

crope1, you need to try an make one of these, whether its one of the CAT tourneys, a local one or the centex series, its not your typical LMB tourney where its more like a job than for fun. Lots of great guys out there willing to share knowledge and techniques. I may be looking into the CAT scene myself

I really enjoyed fishing this series, and in no way does it compare to my LMB tourneys many many moons ago.

I'm sure Lucas will start throwing out dates after the first of the year, but I'm sure he will chime in at some point
