When casting do you guys/gals use one hand or two? I never could really get the hang of two handed casting.
I am far more accurate with one hand..

two handed unless flipping, pitching, or skipping. More control two handed for longer and more accurate long distance casting for me personally

usually two...for more accurate underhand roll casts and for long disntance hurls, sometimes one handed though for lighter lures like small tx rigs and small cranks

Its funny, now that I think of it when I am using a spinning outfit I have a tendancy to use two hands especially when I am trying to skip a bait under a dock or overhanging trees.

2 on long casts that either need to be accurate or as far as possible, 1 on shorter casts.

2 hand casts are not as comfortable as they used to be thanks to split grips...

95% of the time I have two hands casting. Unless I'm doing a little lob with a spinning reel or something
