Closer to 4" of rain most places down here. There actually is some decent runoff.

Light rains that last a while are what soaks into the soil, a very hard downpoor will run off well no matter how dry the soil, we need a few more days of very hard rain.

We still have over 15 feet at the end of the Elm Creek ramps. You can still use the Concho Park ramp also, just don't back out with the big motor too far. It's silted in to about 3 foot deep out from the ramp. Some people are still using the Padgett ramp, but why use it when you have two awesome marinas at the other ramps?
