Love the Conneaut -- great river, good size and has both OH and PA stocks that run it. The Vermillion is a nice stream to the west that is really good in the spring.

If i were you i would just wear rubber boots at broken bow so i can follow you with a camera lol.Jk i would say studded felt soles are a must on the lmf it has some of the slickest stuff i have ever walked on.Had a friend go with me one time with rubber boots was very funny to watch him try to walk.If you wear felt make sure you spray them down with 409 before you enter the river and when you leave to help prevent rock snot from spreding.Has anyone on here ever wet waded spillway creek I dont fish the lmf very much till fall and winter to avoid crowds is it any worse than colorado streams in terms of intial shock i know the taney como is to cold when its 100 outside just courious may head up this weekend.
