if you look through the photos section on B.A.S.S> and look at the front deck of all of the boats you will notice they are on almost all of the pro's boats now , or at least the ones i got a clear picture of the deck anyway from the last tourney, i'm very sceptical but this has me interested to some degree now..

Guys. My name is Gene Eisenmann and I own HydroWave with Kevin VanDam and Jeff Kriet. I will gladly take any phone call or answer any question and take the "Mystery" out of it for you. Call me any time. I have been a TFF member for years. Yes, basically every Elite guy has one on their boat and they all paid for them. Discounted a little, but, you know how that goes. Lake Fork Tackle has them in stock along with most other retailers.
Thanks for the interest. Gene (214) 202-1426 I'm pretty sure now that I replied this will get sent into the "Plugs and Announcements" so I'm sorry for getting your post moved. Ha

Mike,
I run a Hydrowave on my boat. I can give you a clients number if you want to hear first hand how good these units are. On Thursday evening we had a school of shad stay around our trolling motor for over 15 minutes while I had the unit set on passive shad. The customer was so impressed he begged me to sell him mine off the boat when we got back to the ramp.
This time of year turn it on passive shad loop and watch how cool it is to have schools of shad hang around your boat.

Would that work in salt water, hanging from one of the smaller piers?

If I had not seen it in action last weekend I wouldnt believe it... they dont make fish jump in the boat or anything but it did make a noticeable difference. If nothing else it helps mask trolling motor and boat noise.

According to the website, they offer both a Freshwater and Saltwater version.

They are ridiculously awesome!!!! Check out the thread in the "Plugs" area on the post 12LBER. Get a lil discount if your interested. X-Mas is right around the corner!! Here's the proof. I am with ya Todd, you can't explain what goes on with one of these in the water. Fish or no fish, the environment around you changes when you press Play.

Go to hydrowave's facebook page and there are several tips. If you want to just talk about it, give me a call.

I was on a careco multimedia shoot in Venice La. last week. We had a saltwater one on the film boat. Because this particular unit was a saltwater prototype and not as yet sealed properly, we only got to use it for an hour due to showers. When we did turn it on to the croaker frenzy we had our only two triple hookups of the day. Not enough time to test it thoroughly i know, but i was impressed for sure. My next guide boat is gonna have one for Falcon lake.
