i keep my fish in way hotter temps than that but it's oil and they're battered.

Eagle Mountain Lake: Sandbass x33; PB 1.0lb 13inch. LMB x3; dinks.

Fouz is correct. Call any fish farmer and he will verify it. It is easy to temper the fish back to the correct emps just takes about 20 minutes.
