Steve, I don't think very many people realize just how expensive and time consuming it is to raise fish. The odds against raising a double digit bass are staggering and can be compared to the winner in the Muy Grande buck contest. Even a 3 pound bass has beaten some long odds. The work and $ to maintain a 7 pound bass is pretty overwhelming.
