Took 2 carbonlite rods back this year. Broke both of them in half, and was totally my fault. Not only got them replaced, got refunded money once, due to being currently on sale. No problem. It depends on the person you get IMO.

BPS is a great store! What are you guys complaining about? Bad customer service, really? Ah cmon, where else can you buy a Curado/BPS rod combo for only $65.00? I went back three times that day!
