Curado E7 at $130 and a nice Castaway from Academy at $60. Those are surprisingly good rods for the money, very well balanced, really, and there's nothing like having a great reel that you can cast/pitch easily with.
Toads for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

A Shimano Caenan is a good reel for about $80.
