I'm at a loss for words. That has to be the most beautiful wood Yak I've seen yet. Awesome job. I really like the light colored wood.

The only thing they take alot of is time. They are really pretty easy to build and I'll have less than $400 in it, but they do take a long time to finish.

A+! Where do you recommend starting to learn how to build a boat like that? The boat plans were drawn by jemwatercraft.com and Matt has a great builders forum there with a lot of guys who are always willing to help.

BTW the specs on her are: 17'6" and 28" wide. She will weigh about 55 pounds when finished.
