THOSE GUYS HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL FIND ANY EXCUSE TO NOT WARRANTY THEIR OWN WORK. OVER PRICE AND UNDER DELIVER...THAT SHOULD BE THEIR POLICY.

Usually a story like this has two sides and we have not heard either one.

they've always done good work for me and have saved my weekend a couple of times by getting me back on the water quickly.

so I'm assuming the trim issue isn't resolved????????

Here is the other side. They may have new ownership because in years past they were very accomodating with any problems and went out of their way to fix my boat as well as my friend's and get us back on the water. I know the orignal owner had a falling-out with his son and I am not sure who owns the facility across from the Exxon station now...but it has never been like that from my experience. And sometimes I couldn't even get them to charge me anything for the work they did on my rig.

All my dealings there have been a good experences. I am sorry to here you had a bad one. Fill us in and we will try to make you feel better.

I fixed a lady's car in Del Rio last year, she said her and her son ran it. Not sure what happened to the original owner. But I think it was her husband. Her name was Billy, and she was very nice. I have only bought stuff there, never had any service.

From what I remember the original owner looked like a middleaged hippie at the time and was very nice-maybe Billy was his wife. His son went into competition with him in a facility to the east on Hwy 90-haven't been there in a few years but they worked on my friend's Whaler when it wouldn't run on very short notice and he was pleased-that was a year or so ago...

I have had one of my customers drive from San Marcos to Del Rio to have Two Guys work on his trolling motor. When he got there, they removed his trolling motor, installed a loaner, he went fishing for the day and at the end of the day, They reinstalled his repaired trolling motor. At no cost to him because it was under warantee. Now to me , that's service. But I'm sorry to hear you had problems. Exactly what happened to you.......?
