There was a post about eating em on here a while back. Alot people said they smell very fishy. Some said they were mushy fleshed. Then there were some that said they were delicious. As with most fish the smaller probably taste alot better.

They taste great. I'm guessing many of the folks who don't like them had preconceived notions about them?? Everyone I know loves them including my picky daughter. They're also lots of fun to catch as they put up a great fight. I often catch them when fishing for bass with a small jig.
