different strokes fer differnt folks smile if'n i didnt normally have "better" fish in the freezer, I might resort to angelfish/spadefish but, i dont know if id ever get desperate enough to try hardheads again... thems some muddy mother suckers!

Spade fish are vary good cleaning them can be a chore what i do is filet them up to the ribs and go around the ribs then take off the skin dont eat the red meat cut it away
