Some of my best day are those when the Mrs and my boy go out with me. They fish off the back deck for a while then they get bored the wife soaks up sun and the boy bugs me until I head for deep water tie a 50' rope to his vest and toss him over the side of the boat. I troll around and fish while he floats around the lake. I will take one of those days catching nothing over a 3x limit day anytime.

just jump on the head boats in port a, freeport, or galveston and do some offshore fishing! no man needed! they all have rods/reels they let you use

My wife gets bored fishing so she does something exciting instead. She lays down and works on her tan. Now on occasion I get lucky and she tans in the buff so I get to fish while getting an eyeful too.

I just got around to reading this thread and all I can say is, "Dang Man, you said that out loud?!" I don't care who ya are, dat's funny chit right dere! You must be a royal pain in the butt if he won't take you fishing. I mean really, how often have you been out in the gulf with a boatload of men, only to come back with 1 red snapper?

My wife gets bored fishing so she does something exciting instead. She lays down and works on her tan. Now on occasion I get lucky and she tans in the buff so I get to fish while getting an eyeful too. You guys should come up to Lake Texoma and fish.... Fridays and Saturdays are good for me...
