So by the way that reads you would be breaking a law if you weighed in more then 5 on an hourly bass champs event etc because it is a stage away from the water? Interesting..

If I were a GW I sure would stay away from risking my job, unecessarily. I too would kick this question to a higher level.
Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.
