Check out Tackle Warehouse . The Lake Fork Creature is most similar but nothing seems to be an exact match.

I've got a couple dozen of the Mr Twister Sensations in black and both 4 and 6 inch.
Had them for years and use them occasionally.
Fouz, the rod. You like?

Jawtec Sensations. Used to catch a bunch on them after the bite on the flat rubber jig slowed down in May...

Ah the ol chicken foot, Olsons Pro Am has them on the worm bar.

No, they are no longer made. I have a bunch of the Jawtec Sensations in both 6 and 8 inch but use them very sparingly. saw these babies as Fouz was cleaning out his boat....gooooood loooking bait fo sho!

Try Toledo Tackle. The Carvers designed and made that bait for Mr. Twister and Jawtech. They may still make it.
Retirement best job ever.
