Just listened to JVD on basszone and he claims he found the spot in practice and has waypoints dated to prove it. He said at the first of the interview that he lost a 5 and a 6 on the first day, then a little later he said he lost a 4 and a 6??? It sounds like fishing to me. The interesting part to me us that they are both Strike King guys and I figured they could work something out?? Will be interesting to hear how it goes tomorrow. if thats the case....suck it up! u have a 10lb lead

They did mention during the blog that they were about 100yds from each other I believe that is fair enough u still need to catch them wether u are fishing from the same hole IMO

It's in a heavily pressured area, but that exact spot "was" known by only a few. So much for that.

A lot depends on the water and fish available when it comes to crowding. If there are alot of fish in a small area, guys will tolerate crowding. When it comes to not so many fish and small areas, it gets testy! Now if a guy is not in contention for the win and he's crowding the leader he needs to do a self assesment! Crowding the leader when you're a middle of the pack contender is pretty ballsy to say the least, no matter who you are!!!

The only thing JVD "owes" Denny Brauer is to follow the rules like everyone else. Looks like an attempt to intimidate, nothing else. That being said, I can't blame Denny one bit for tossing Zona off the boat, LOL

My opinion is they are all out there trying to feed their families so as long as they are following the rules regarding space,etc then its all fair. Wouldn't matter to me if they are in first or 50th place, every ounce gained is more money they will take home.
I understand being a good sport but at the end of the day all those guys are playing for one team and one team only....their own families.
